| Buckley is wrong about so many things that it comes as no surprize that she is wrong here. The direction to send the WHMIS Binder in for updating was at the Feb 99 inservice day workshop not a 1998 workshop as Buckley misleads. The Binder was set to be sent in Feb 21/99. Immediately upon arriving at WES in Sept 98 Fisher notified the Head Custodian and notified Principal Buckley Nov 98 that the WHMIS Binder was in a very dangerous state. Buckley, Vice Principal LaLonde and the Head Custodian allowed months to pass while the Binder was in violation of Workers Compensation Board regulation & compromised student health and safety. Buckley arrived at Westbank Elementary School during the summer of 98 and did not ensure that the WHMIS Binder was up to date and complete even after Fisher notified her in Nov 98 some 4 months later. It was another 3 months until the Binder was righted. Buckley left the Binder in a dangerous state for 7 long months while she was the on-site custodian supervisor. |

| Above and below are notes that Custodian Fisher made while on the job. Fisher started at Westbank on Sept 16/98 and made these notes in Sept, and Oct 98 well after Buckley claimed that the WHMIS Binder was updated in Feb 98. The WHMIS Binder was found to be incomplete, obsolete, lacking a quick find index and dividers. Buckley is incorrect to claim that the WHMIS Binder was up dated in Feb 98. Buckley the supervisor was not a source for accuracy. It was not sent for up dating until Feb 99. Fisher was so concerned with the Head Custodian's and Buckley's lack of action after he notified them that he set out to up date the Binder by evaluating it's condition, getting MSDS pages from ZEP and purchasing dividers with his own money but stopped when Buckley broke his soul. |
