Buckley said that students would have to consume a lot of chemical to harm them. The cleaning chemicals are no more dangerous than household chemicals. It was unlikely that students could access chemicals in the unlocked storage room. Well here is a death that Buckley said couldn't happen !

In an Oct 19/99 meeting both Head Custodian Stutter & Custodian Fisher heard WES Principal Buckey say that Stutter & Fisher were making a big thing out of nothing when they were concerned about children's safety regarding chemicals kept in an accessable, open & unlocked storage room.

Buckley later denied making the comment, "you are making a big thing out of nothing."
Buckley has lied when she accused Fisher of being the only one who was negative about the meeting when he expressed that Buckley had made him feel beat up and kissed off, yet during a Nov 18/98 interview of Stutter, Buckley made hand written notes (see below) quoting Stutter's negatives about the meeting, "you (Buckley) left me wondering if I really count." Similar to Fisher feeling beat up & kissed off.
After the Oct 19/98 meeting Stutter said he heard Buckley say that, "you are making a big thing out of nothing." Stutter backed down later when intiminated by Buckley.
Buckley lies repeatedly about Fisher to get him fired!
When Buckley was asked if she remembered the meeting's opening agenda, she could not remember, so it's no surprize then that Buckley couldn't remember saying, "you are making a big thing out of nothing."
"you (Buckley) were dogmatic about it & left me wondering if I really count"
Buckley's hand written notes.
