Custodian Fisher's submission paragraph will be listed first followed by Buckley's response and then
Fisher's wrap up comments in RED & GREEN.
This is an old school where most of the toilets have permanent rust stains.
Fisher at no time told the Head Custodian that he did not have time to clean the inside of toilet bowls. The Head Custodian and Buckley knew  that Fisher's area was oversize. Buckley did nothing for months to reduce the oversize instead authorized even more work to be down loaded onto Fisher. Fisher cleaned 20,197 sq feet in 8 hours and the Head CUSTODIAN 11,059 sq feet. Fisher said that there was no sense using time cleaning what was already clean and that he cleaned the bowls at least twice a week or more often as required. The seats were sterilized daily. Once again Buckley distorts & lies.
THE HEAD CUSTODIAN CLEANED THE TOILET & BOWL 1st
USING THE SAME CLOTH HE CLEANED THE SINK AND COUNTER TOP 2nd
TAKING THE TOILET FECES AND URINE UP TO THE SINK
CROSS CONTAMINATING THE WASHROOM.

IN THE PROCESS THE HEAD CUSTODIAN FURTHER DILUTED THE DISINFECTANT, GREATLY REDUCING IT'S GERM KILLING ABILITY. THE CORRECT PROCEEDURE INVOLVES SPRAYING THE DISINFECTANT ONTO A CLOTH IN A CONTROLED MANNER,  NOT SPRAYING IT ALL OVER WHICH IS WASTEFUL AND IT GETS INHALED BY THE CUSTODIAN. FISHER ON THE OTHER HAND USED SEPARATE STERILE CLOTHS TO CLEAN THE SINK AND COUNTER something Buckley would never recognize. BUCKLEY, THE ON-SITE CUSTODIAN SUPERVISOR, DID NOT HAVE THE NECESSARY TRAINING TO SUPERVISE THE CUSTODIANS. THE HEAD CUSTODIAN DEFINATELY NEEDS TO UPDATE HIS WASHROOM CLEANING PROCEEDURE TO STOP CROSS CONTAMINATION.
Buckley continues to distort the facts as she lies that Fisher was the odd man out.  The Head Custodian confessed to Fisher that he did not agree with the original decision made by a previous Principal to locate the telephone in the custodian storage room. Fisher had found the custodian room door open and unlocked day after day allowing young children access to concentrated cleaning chemicals as well as the extremely hot 135 degree Fahrenheit water coming out of one of two taps without  being able to mix it cool. Fisher reported this danger to the Head Custodian (not to the Principal as she lies again in her response above) who was very concerned and he went to Buckley. Buckley did not like what the Head Custodian had to say, so she went around him directly to Fisher and during discussions, she thanked Fisher for being more flexable than the Head Custodian. Fisher stated that the space should be made either a custodian room or a telephone booth but the two really did not mix since the door was always being left open.

Fisher also suggested that Buckley not bypass the Head Custodian by going directly to Fisher which really annoyed her. Buckley harboured ill feeling towards Fisher for this & eventually  punished Fisher for it.

Earlier, Buckley had a small teacher revolt on her hands when she insisted that the teachers in the portables turn in the school keys. Some had been at the school for 10 or more years and were insulted that this new Principal was implying that they could not be trusted with school keys. Buckley was not about to set off another revolt by removing the telephone from the custodian room, instead she compromised student safety to protect her position. Fisher suggested testing using the phone in an available study cubical for 30 days before making a final decision. As usual Buckley did nothing.
